Personal History: I am married and the mother of two boys. My interest in fitness 'took hold' when I was in my early twenties and on a personal journey to get in shape. Years of experience, self-education, and a lot of trial-and-error have parlayed themselves into what is now a real passion that I have for helping others to reach THEIR fitness goals. Aside from being a Firm Instructor, I'm a marathon runner (well, I've run 3!) who loves the beach, reading, clothes shopping, crossword puzzles, and just spending quality time with my family - not necessarily in that order!
