Personal History: I created Belly Beautiful Workout when I got pregnant with my second son, Geoffrey in 2009. Rather than resisting and being discouraged by the quick changes my body began to make I decided to embrace my pregnant body. I wanted to help women maintain a positive self image while providing a great workout. Fitness comes in all shapes and sizes which includes the pregnant woman.
Sucess Story: Deborah from Malibu California: Deborah is a best selling author who had several goals in mind when we first met. She had only a few months to get stronger in order to endure an extremely rigorous nation wide book tour and travel schedule (up to 4 cites in one week) She was recovering from several sport’s related injuries and was de-conditioned to the point that stairs were challenging for her when she traveled. During her tour she was asked to make regular media appearances and needed to get camera ready. Deborah was extremely consistent with three days a week of Pilates. In a short period of time, she was physically stable enough to begin her cardio regimen including, walking, elliptical and the upright bike. Simultaneously, she ate a clean diet free of refined flour and sugar. By the time her 6-month tour began, she had dropped three dress sizes and was stronger than ever.
