Qualifications: Certified through Pilates Method Alliance-PMA®-CPT. Certified in Pilates at the Kane School of Core Integration. A student athletic trainer at the Smith College department of sports medicine. Year long Body-Mind Centering-based somatic coursework with Amy Matthews.
Personal History: At age 28, I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. That started my interest in fitness. I'm now a New York City-based certified Pilates instructor and movement educator. In addition to my private Manhattan Pilates studio, I teach seminars throughout the United States and internationally.
