Very gentle stretches combined with short pulsed muscle toning. The extended stretches are super-relaxing; they're both refreshing and comforting. The toning features Callan's legendary "deep muscle" pulse technique -- very subtle motions that may only move 1/16th of an inch. Originally filmed in 1989, this is the easiest program in the Callanetics series. It's also the most fully explained, with lots of optional level and position modifications.
