With the mind and the body, anything in life is possible if you make it happen. Miracles happen everyday: if an overweight person loses 50 pounds and reshapes his or her body, that's a miracle. By incorporating the common sense, nutrition, and exercise outline I give you in this book, you too will experience a miracle!"
