Spinach & Peach Salad w/ Goat Cheese Recipe

  • 2 cups of Arugula (washed)
  • 1 Package of Spinach
  • 2 Peaches
  • 1/4 Cup Goat Cheese
  • (The Vinaigrette)
  • 3 Tb. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3 Tb. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • Salt & Pepper (seasoned to taste)
