Spinach & Peach Salad w/ Goat Cheese Recipe

- 2 cups of Arugula (washed)
- 1 Package of Spinach
- 2 Peaches
- 1/4 Cup Goat Cheese
- (The Vinaigrette)
- 3 Tb. Red Wine Vinegar
- 3 Tb. Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- Salt & Pepper (seasoned to taste)
