Alicia is the author of The BOOTY Bible™, an exercise ‘fit-cyclopedia’ for women, she is the Editor-in-Chief of fitPOP.com, a fitness and pop culture web destination; and she is the creator, writer and producer of LA Metro/TransitTV’s health and nutrition series, CARDIO WORLD. She is a respected fitness and health writer and has written columns and features for a multitude of women’s magazines and websites including Oxygen magazine’s ASK ALICIA, Muscle & Fitness HERS, Fitness RX, SELF and Fitness. You might recognize Alicia as the fitness coach from MTV: Music Televsision’s Emmy-award winning program ‘MADE’ and ‘SUPERMADE’ or when she was introduced as a fitness consultant on “Kirstie Alley’s My Big Life” on A&E.
