Six mostly-buttocks-focused segments that can be programmed to play in any order. They're all filmed on a motivating poolside set. Four of the toning sections feature fast-changing sequences of classic lower-body sculpting exercises. They include lots of standing lunges and squats plus diverse floorwork routines.
The aerobic segment is a varied mix of fat-burning cardio (from jumping jacks to burpees). The final series is also toning; it combines traditional ballet moves with fast-paced gliding exercises. The DVD includes a 30-day fitness plan showing which segments to do each day. Requires 3 to 10 lb. dumbbells; gliding discs are optional (they just use a towel). ©2013.
