Qualifications: Attended Interlochen Arts Academy in Michigan where she studied Classical Dance.
Personal History: I am originally from Toronto, Canada. When I graduated from college, I was honored with the 'Outstanding Young Artist Award.' At the same time, I also received my certification from Canada’s Royal Academy of Dance. I made my way to New York and landed my first Broadway show, 'The Phantom of the Opera.' Next was the 20th Anniversary National Tour of Evita and then, subsequent to that, I was pleased to accept a role in the movie, 'Chicago,' dancing with Catherine Zeta-Jones and Richard Gere. My physical well-being has always been important to me, but I really became 'fitness oriented' when I moved to LA and became group fitness certified. I began teaching at Crunch Fitness. I've continued fitness modeling, appeared on the Tyra Banks show, on behalf of Crunch, where I taught her and the guests how to dance in heels and get a workout!
Workout Philosophy: Train smart, not hard! When you're smart about how you train, you benefit in all areas. Listening to your body and not comparing yourself to anyone else is also very important. I love to keep my body guessing! Mixing your workout up will get you the results you're looking for. Always stay true to you, keep your mind strong, and love yourself!
Success Story: My greatest client story would have to be Karen from California. She was getting ready for her wedding and we had 4 months to get her in the best shape of her life. She lost the desired 20 lbs and felt strong and confident! That was so rewarding, knowing how happy she was!
