MELT Certified Instructor, B.S., Pepperdine University, Sports Medicine.
My formal education includes a degree in Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University, where I was awarded the "Sports Medicine Student of the Year." Upon graduation, I was certified as an Exercise Test Technologist by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and worked as an exercise physiologist/cardiac rehabilitation specialist in a Los Angeles medical clinic.
Both my background and my personal experience with injuries and illness have helped me to develop a deep passion to keep people moving — throughout their entire lifetime.
Workout Philosophy: As I always say, "Quality of Movement = Exercise Longevity." So many people simply stop doing the things they love because of some sort of limitation. Let me help you bridge that gap and get healthy and strong again — from the inside out. YOU ARE WORTH IT!
