A workout strictly devoted to resistance training is now here. Amy will train your body to become an efficient, fat-burning machine. All Pump works through the body’s various planes to target those problem areas and blasts them into shape! This workout puts a new spin on resistance training while keeping it fresh and creative. Equipment list includes: plate-loaded bar, stability ball, dumbbells, a step, and a mat.
* We suggest performing this workout two times per week with two days in between sessions. Fitness Level: Intermediate/Advanced. Aprox run time 40 mins
