C3 Chair Conditioning Challenge
Beginner: Just starting out, very overweight or haven't exercised in over six months.
Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).
Advanced: Very active in sports or consistently work out four or more times per week.
Toning Emphasis: Total Body
Upper body: Arms, chest and back.
Lower Body: Legs, thighs, hips and buttocks.
Abs: Abdominals (stomach), core and sometimes lower back.
Total body: Tones all three of the above muscle groups.

This workout will challenge your fitness ability, burn calories, and re-shape your entire body. The workout utilizes a sturdy chair and compound movements for an effective all around cardio, body toning, and core strengthening workout.
After a warm up that gets you familiar with the chair height and width, you will move into large range of motion exercises combining punches, kicks and balance poses, while moving on and off the chair, around the chair and balancing on the chair. Weights will be introduced during certain exercises to challenge you even more and refine some of the smaller muscle groups. Finally while still utilizing the chair, Pilates exercises will be performed in different levels to strengthen all the core muscles. A finishing stretch will complete the workout.
