Couples Workouts: Cardio Sweat
Beginner: Just starting out, very overweight or haven't exercised in over six months.
Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).
Advanced: Very active in sports or consistently work out four or more times per week.
Aerobics Impact: Mixed
Lower Impact: Both feet never leave the ground at the same time. This minimizes stress on your knees.
Higher Impact: Includes movements like jumps, hops and skips. Very high-impact is called plyometrics.
Mixed Impact: This alternates or combines the above styles.
Toning Emphasis: Total Body
Upper body: Arms, chest and back.
Lower Body: Legs, thighs, hips and buttocks.
Abs: Abdominals (stomach), core and sometimes lower back.
Total body: Tones all three of the above muscle groups.

Welcome to Couples Workouts for Health and Happiness: Cardio Sweat with Gina Guddat and Larry Berg, an interval training workout for you and your partner to do together. Whether you're looking to start exercising for the first time, or are a seasoned athlete, this workout has you covered. You'll perform 10 different cardiovascular exercises. Each one will elevate your heart rate for a period of time, and then allow a short rest and recovery section. This type of workout is the quickest way to transform your body and improve your fitness level. You can choose from three levels of intensity to work towards getting the fit, strong and healthy body you and your partner have always dreamed of. This routine will improve your health and your relationship at the same time.
