Meaghan Kennedy Townsend is an internationally renowned yoga instructor and the founder of Updog Yoga & Cycling in West Hollywood. Over the past two decades, she has taught more than 20,000 yoga classes, instructing more than 250,000 participants. Her diverse yoga career has included a full spectrum of rewarding experiences from teaching celebrity clients like Drew Barrymore and Jim Carrey, to directing a yoga program for at-risk students in the Robert F.
