This program starts with gentle stretching and breathing exercises to get the muscles loose and the mind ready for a workout. An invigorating workout starts with a heavy-revving series of the lungs jumping jacks and jogging in place then moving to the floor with a series of mat exercises that work the abs back legs and buttocks. Each exercise helps to build stronger core muscles which can improve overall health. The program finishes with cool-down stretches.
