A true boot camp workout that uses calisthenic moves to tone your entire body. You'll join previous TV show contestants in a non-stop series of very fast-paced exercises (sometimes done at a fat-burning tempo). Chris Powell uses various techniques to make each segment progressively harder (e.g. quicker transitions, tougher exercises, shorter rest periods, more multi-muscle motions). Nothing fancy, these are all proven gym-style classics. They range from simple push-ups, lunges and planks to slightly-more-diverse mountain climbers, squat jacks and “supermans.” Each exerciser is working at a different level so it's easy to follow the one that's right for you.
