Advanced Strength Training takes weight lifting to a higher level. It is for the SERIOUS weight lifter! You'll generally do 10 reps of any given exercise using the heaviest poundage appropriate for you and the exercise. The low number of repetitions gives you time to do a lot of different things, and the heavy weight makes the program very effective. Beginner through advanced level exercisers will all find value here.
