Certified instructor description: This weight lifting DVD is a must! It provides all your basic strength training needs in a well-planned, easy and effective way. Lynn Hahn will work out with you, using the proper order of exercises...giving you all the fitness tips necessary to achieve the best results in the least amount of time.
In this slow-and-heavy 30-minute workout, you'll generally do 10 reps of an exercise using heavy weights, and then move on to the next -- making it time-efficient and effective. There is a separate chapter with form pointers and safety tips. Beginner through advanced level exercisers will all find value here. Beginners are encouraged to use poundage that is best for them, while the more advanced are encouraged to heavy up.
