A high-energy, all-kickbox workout that's both fun and effective. Gilad includes lots of ab-focused movements, so you'll burn fat and strengthen your core (e.g. knee lifts to work the lower abs, punch combinations to target the obliques, etc.). The entire program is structured in easy-to-follow add-ons. You'll start with the basic moves, then you'll seamlessly blend in the more challenging progressions. Finally, you'll repeat that entire sequence three more times. It's a technique that lets you learn and practice the exercises without getting confused or frustrated.
