Certified instructor description:

Nine complete total-body workouts on three DVDs. Now you can work out with Gilad on your schedule, choosing the programs that focus on your daily preference (each workout is a little different — more abwork in one, more lower-body-focused in another). They all feature a non-stop medley of no-nonsense, body-sculpting classics — sometimes isolating individual body areas, sometimes toning multiple muscle groups at once. The routines range from squats and lunges to bicep curls and French presses to ab crunches and planks. The sunny Hawaiian location combined with Gilad's bootcamp-style cuing is both energizing and motivating. Intermediate level. Requires two sets of dumbbells; a medicine ball is optional. Note: these programs were originally produced for Gilad's TV program. ©2006.
