Certified yoga instructor Sarah Starr guides you through two Happy Yoga, Chair Yoga episodes, each 29 minutes in length, offering two levels of support including:
Beach Cove: Relax and rejuvenate amid the tranquil beach setting, drawing in calm, soothing energy from the ocean waves as we focus on gentle SEATED postures to strengthen the legs while opening the hips, combined with upper body moves to stretch the shoulders and chest using a chair for support.
Lace Meadow: Enjoy the peaceful summer meadow as we focus on a modified yoga practice using a chair for support. Including stretches to increase mobility in the shoulders while lengthening the spine in a full range of motion; combined with STANDING poses to create more strength and flexibility in the lower body.
