River Waterfall: Allow the dramatic river falls to inspire your yoga practice as you enjoy a seated warrior series designed to build strength and flexibility in your lower body while creating more ease in your neck, shoulders and upper back, using a chair for support.
Ocean Sky: Enjoy the blue ocean sky and rolling waves as we flow through an energizing yoga practice using a chair for balance and support. Includes a seated segment to strengthen your hip flexors, abdominal muscles and lower back as well as a series of standing postures to tone your legs while stretching the hamstrings and hips.
