Peaceful Woods: Relax in the deep silence of a lush wooded paradise as you create more grace and fluidity in your body. Enjoy seated stretches to open your shoulders and chest, sun salutations and a gentle sequence to create more flexibility in your hips and hamstrings while using a chair for support.
Pastel Beach: Bask in the early morning pastel colors of the serene beach setting as you enjoy an accessible yoga practice designed to create more space in your upper body, including a sequence of standing poses to open the hips and lengthen the hamstrings while using a chair for support.
