Autumn Leaves: Bask in the golden leaves of autumn as you reconnect to your core with a creative intermediate flow practice. Build a strong and stable center with a variety of dynamic poses to help strengthen and tone your core, creating greater ease of movement in your daily life.
Fiery Ocean: Sunset Allow the natural energy of the ocean waves and golden, fiery sunset to inspire your practice. Enjoy flowing slowly and gracefully through an effective set of standing and seated poses designed to create more movement around the hips and hamstrings; including lunges, forward folds and hip opening stretches.
