Certified instructor description: Arm and shoulder strength is essential to nearly everything you do. Small positive changes in muscle strength can make a noticeable difference in function—even for people who have already lost muscle. Don’t take your arms and shoulders for granted! Stronger arms and shoulders are a winning combo because they even make everyday activities like getting up from a chair, carrying groceries, climbing stairs or opening jars so much easier. This DVD offers two complete workouts: one in a chair for beginners and a second referred to as our ‘standing’ workout. The standing Arms & Shoulders workout is the longest in the Independence Fitness series as it offers an additional 20 minute bonus wrist concentration.
