Certified instructor description:
A high-energy workout that features varied foot movements and lots of upper/lower-body combinations. No static “jab, jab, jab” routines, this program maximizes fat-burning by keeping your entire body in motion (as if you were really fighting an opponent). The fast-paced “warm-up” introduces all the basic moves. Then it's a non-stop series of diverse punch and kick combos (e.g. a back kick and a roundhouse, a hitch kick and a basic strike). That's followed by 16 minutes of “extensions” — higher-intensity, higher-impact versions of the earlier patterns. ©2007.
