Lynn Hahn is an ACE certified fitness instructor and lifestyle and weight management consultant with over 35 years experience. In addition, she is an expert martial artist with a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Kenpo Karate. Lynn operates a martial art school and provides self defense seminars in the state of Washington.
