Gilad’s Total Body Sculpt PLUS: Functional Fitness features two complete 45 minute workouts as seen on TV that will shock your muscles into the best shape ever! Each workout includes: a warm up, two body sculpting segments, a cardio/fat burn segment, an abdominal segment and a cool down. Level: Intermediate to Advanced.

Gilad guides you through these workouts expertly as only he can. You are always aware of the exact muscle you are working and of the proper form in order to get every last ounce of benefit from your workout. You will develop key athletic abilities such as explosive strength, isometric endurance, balance and flexibility for a stronger, leaner, sexier you. The killer cardio segment will help you speed up the fat burn! Light hand weights and resistance bands are used (optional) for extra resistance.

The workouts are filmed in Hawaii on Magic Island with Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head as a backdrop. Gilad is world renowned for his cutting edge and highly effective workouts. He was inducted into the US National Fitness Hall of Fame in 2007 as a pioneer in the fitness industry.
