Step 3 - Cleansing Yoga: Specific yoga poses can help the detox process. The heating and twisting sequences offered in this program will help move toxins out of your tissues to be eliminated. In addition, restorative poses relax the nervous system and mind and help settle the body - which is especially important during and after a detox cleanse.
Step 4 - Self-Study: A detox provides a unique opportunity to practice svadhyaya, self-study.
