Candy Cane Protein Shake

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 serving vanilla protein powder…
½ cup fat-free cottage cheese, 1/2 cup plain yogurt, or 1/2 avocado
3-6 drops of peppermint extract, to taste
2-5 ice cubes, to desired thickness
