Product Description: A total of 36 Vinyasa yoga “foundation” poses taught by the inventor of “Power Yoga.” Originally created for yoga instructors, it was filmed “live” at the Yoga Journal's San Francisco conference (so the class is unrehearsed and Baron's commentary is spontaneous and informal). But he's been teaching for 25 years, so he always seems to know exactly what each exerciser is experiencing or how to correct a common error (right down to what part of the heel is causing the problem or where the knuckle should be placed). While he demonstrates and encourages perfect form, Baron is also very aware of physical limitations (“you may need to bend your legs …”). A great way to truly learn the foundations of yoga. ©2008.
