Certified instructor description: This debulking workout is cutting-edge! There is none other like this exercise protocol! This exercise program is very effective, and builds balance and strong muscles. Janelle Wyatt, C.P.T, has developed a successful training concept in which there is stretching and muscle contraction working synergistic-ally. With this concept, it changes the muscle spindle and it becomes accustomed to the stretched position. The end result is a powerful elongated change in the muscle and muscle fibers.
Janelle Wyatt has extensive experience in the health and fitness industry. She has studied Health Promotion and Wellness through Walden University. She has been a personal trainer and wellness business owner for over 20 years. She believes wellness encompasses many things. "It's not only about having a great body, but also reaching optimum health in ALL areas of our lives.
Janelle's motto is "love yourself and the skin you're in!"
