Two approx. 20-minute workouts: a classic Pilates-type program and a more-challenging Pilates-with-yoga segment. You'll build core strength and a lean, dancer's body in just 20 minutes per day. The first all-floor workout is an easy-to-follow series of Pilates basics — “the hundred,” roll-ups, leg circles and “spine stretch forward.” The second program intermixes Pilates with a variety of standing and floor yoga poses (some of them are tough).
