Full Backcover Description
A quarter of a million people have transformed their bodies at exhale, the exclusive mind/body spa. Now you can get these same results at home.
Lift your buns, tone your legs, and trim your waist with Core Fusion Thighs & Glutes. This program firms and tightens in all the right spots, giving you the lower body of your dreams. And since the moves work your largest muscle groups at a high intensity, you'll lose weight and inches as you sculpt and tone.
The five 10-minute workouts can be played together for a full Core Fusion class. Or, you can pick individual segments to suit your time schedule. It also includes the 'Leg Lift Thigh Strengthener,' a bonus exercise to shape long, lean legs. With the unique Core Fusion approach, you'll tone deep-down muscles to gain new strength and redefine your physique.

Certified instructor description:
A lower-body-focused workout with precise, very controlled movements designed to “work your muscles from the inside out.” It's led by Elizabeth Halfpapp and Fred DeVito from New York's Exhale Spa (so it has a spa look and a personal trainer feel). The moves feature elements from ballet, Pilates, Callanetics and the Lotte Berk Method — short pulses, precise body positions and lots of between-routine stretches. Each 10-minute segment uses just one exercise; it's a format that forces you to really internalize the movement's subtleties and benefits. But there's lot of variety — within each section you're constantly varying the angles, tempos and range of motions. Requires a high back chair. ©2009.
