As Jillian says, "This video is about teens, by teens and for teens” (most of the program is a discussion between Jillian and a group of teenage girls). It begins with a conversation about weight-expectations, self-esteem and body image -- learning to feel good about the body you have. That's followed by real-world nutrition advice -- making good choices and finding a balance ("I'm not going to say that you can never eat fast food”). The last section is hip hop dance instruction -- Jillian shows the moves while the girls follow along. It all ends with a very short “workout” where the girls demo the moves they've learned. ©2006.
