A non-stop, core-focused workout that uses lots of equipment to challenge your abs in diverse ways (but each segment is separate, so you can select just the sections that match your equipment). They're all designed to flex, extend, twist and stabilize your entire core (for true multi-plane “functional fitness”). You'll begin with a fast-moving inflatable ball series. Next, it's a varied mix of standing and floor routines that use gliding discs. That's followed by balance, instability and full range-of-motion exercises done on a stability ball. The final section incorporates all the equipment in a quick-changing, ab-blasting medley. Lots of tips on technique and benefits.
