They're all designed to flex, extend, twist and stabilize your entire core (for true multi-plane “functional fitness”). You'll begin with a fast-moving inflatable ball series. Next, it's a varied mix of standing and floor routines that use gliding discs. That's followed by balance, instability and full range-of-motion exercises done on a stability ball. The final section incorporates all the equipment in a quick-changing, ab-blasting medley. Lots of tips on technique and benefits.
