Certified instructor description:
Six high-intensity interval training segments that all feature a Bosu and gliding discs. Mindy uses her "toys" to add variety and improve results (e.g. the Bosu for lower-impact plyometric jumps, the discs for extended range-of-motion exercises). Each segment features a different intensity cycle — from two-level "hard and harder" to three-level "hard-harder-hardest" (sometimes for 8 seconds, sometimes for 75 seconds). Each section also has a distinct goal — from pure fat-blasting cardio to alternating aero/tone intervals. All the segments are paced by the on-screen timer (not the music). Uses classic exercises like burpess, jumps, squats and push-ups. Requires a Bosu and gliding discs (paper plates will also work). ©2013.
