Product Description:
Three workouts that each use a different interval cycling technique. You can do all three for a super-challenging fat-burning program, or just choose one workout to match your mood and schedule. The Tabata workout features 20 seconds of super-intense cardio followed by 10 seconds of slower "resting" moves (it's tough!). The Intensity Ladder program varies the intensity/rest ratios in a different manner. The high-intensity intervals start off short, then get longer and finally return to short again. The Hill Climb series is exactly what you'd expect — four "hills" that begin easier and build to very challenging, then return to easier again. The DVD also includes a short cooldown that you can add to any of the workouts. Outdoor, near-a-beach setting. ©2011.
