Certified instructor description:

A non-stop aero/tone program led by a super-high-energy instructor. Mindy's intensity and creativity is both inspiring and motivating. The workout features a series of three-part “stations” — each one consisting of a 40-second burst, a short recovery period and another 40-second burst (“come on, it's only 40 seconds!”). While every station focuses on a single exercise, Mindy keeps it interesting with lots of movement variations (e.g. toning squats that morph into cardio power pulses). It all ends with an equally creative and effective strength training segment. Requires a step. Mindy also uses a Bosu and gliding disks, but on-screen insets show non-equipment alternatives. ©2009.
