Just a fast update to say that we have been able to lower our Canadian and International shipping rates.
UPDATE 1/13/2015 - The return period for all DVDs is now 30 days from your receipt.
UPDATE 11/11/2014 - Please note: if you return your entire order, your refund will be reduced by the amount of our actual shipping cost to you.
Any DVD – opened or unopened – is returnable within 30 days of your receipt for store credit or a credit card refund of the purchase price (not including shipping). This is easier for you than trying to exchange one title for another since you can take your time to choose the replacement workout that works best for you after you receive your credit…and there’s no worry about differences in price, etc. Credits will be applied within one to two business days after we receive your return. If you have a defective DVD, it will be replaced with the same title, if available, at no additional cost to you; if that title is no longer available a credit will be issued to you.
To return a DVD you must have an RA number issued by us; simply e-mail us with your order number, the title you wish to return, and if you would like Collage Video store credit or a credit card refund. If it’s a defective DVD, please specify nature of the defect. You will receive an RA number via e-mail to identify your return. Wrap your DVDs securely, include a copy of your e-mail notification & your contact information, and write the RA number on the outside of the package. We reserve the right to modify or rescind this policy and to limit the returns or charge a restocking fee to any customer if we deem that this policy is being abused. Clearance and other specially-marked DVDs are not returnable unless defective and will be replaced with same item only. Shipping costs in either direction are not refundable.
FYI - Based on your feedback, we are currently re-evaluating our return policy regarding opened DVDs. Watch this blog for details in the very near future.

We are aware that not every DVD listed on the site has video preview clips - but virtually all the titles that we kept in stock from the "old" Collage site still have their clips and instructor reviews. Our video editors and fitness pros are hard at work creating clips for all of the newly-available titles as quickly as possible. Just last week we published more than 35 new clips for these DVDs.
The clips are created in industry standard MP4 format which most modern internet browsers and operating systems should play with no issues and 99% of our website visitors have had no problems playing them.
We've had feedback from a few customers who have experienced playback problems, however.
Known problems: the internet browser Firefox by Mozilla does not natively support MP4 playback on Apple's Mac computers or Windows XP PC's. This is an issue that Mozilla has not yet fixed, so our suggestion for those of you on a Mac is to use its built-in Safari browser to view the site; Google's Chrome browser is also a good alternative. For Windows XP users we suggest trying Internet Explorer or Google Chrome (and please note that Microsoft has officially ended support and security updates for Windows XP). We have had a random report or two of Windows 7 users with occasional problems, but have not been able to reproduce them. Our suggestion for all users who experience a playback problem is to please try another internet browser first.

We've only had the site re-opened (unofficially, the public launch will be forthcoming) for a week now and we've been inundated with orders. Thank you very much for your support of the new Collage Video website.
We are adding video clips, time graphs, and Certified Instructor descriptions as quickly as possible to those new products that do not have them.
