Apple Pie Protein Shake Recipe

Time for a protein shake! But let’s face it, it’s time to spice up your recipes. With a whopping 36 g of protein and a secret ingredient, this shake will keep your blood sugar under control. Yes, you can have apple pie for breakfast!

Ingredients:

8 oz unsweetened almond milk
1/2 C. Fat free cottage cheese
1 serving vanilla protein powder
3/4  of an apple, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Caramel extract
1/2 tsp  pumpkin pie spice
Dash Cinnamon
Ice to thicken
