Apple Pie Protein Shake Recipe

Ingredients:

8 oz unsweetened almond milk
1/2 C. Fat free cottage cheese
1 serving vanilla protein powder
3/4  of an apple, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Caramel extract
1/2 tsp  pumpkin pie spice
Dash Cinnamon
Ice to thicken
