Question: I want a stretch strap make of textile possibly with loops and routines to go with it. Can you recommend anything?
Answer: Glad you asked! Be sure to be warmed up before you stretch. Think of your muscles as being like salt water taffy - easy to stretch when nice and warm, but if you put the taffy in the fridge overnight and tried to stretch it in the morning…. Ouch!
