Peaceful yoga poses specifically selected and cued to relax your body as they lengthen your muscles. Cathe achieves total tension relief with longer-than-usual holds and deeper-than-usual stretches. Following a gentle warm-up, you'll begin with standing torso moves that smoothly transition into soothing floor poses like downward dog and "dragon into hamstring stretch." That's followed by a carefully planned standing-to-seated-to-floor sequence that emphasizes balance, flexibility and relaxation.
