Certified instructor description:
An elegant series of sensuous, core-focused dance moves (“make it big, make it graceful, make it fluid”). It's a time-efficient program specifically designed to help you burn calories as you tighten your abs. The aero/tone segments feature an energizing fusion of ballet, Latin and modern dance (all core-muscle-driven — the stronger your core, the more powerful the moves). For variety, they include lots of turns, tempo changes and body-position options. The floor toning sections are also unusually flowing and graceful; they work all four abdominal muscles plus your lower back. ©2009.
