Certified instructor description:
Four easy-to-schedule segments, each with a different workout style. Denise's bubbly personality keeps you energized while her movement variety keeps you motivated. You'll start with martial arts aerobics — a fast-moving series of kicks, jacks, shuffles and jumps. Then it's athletic cardio — wide-ranging moves based on sports and gym-style training. That's followed by a kettlebell-inspired segment — time-efficient exercises that sculpt your upper and lower body at the same time (using one dumbbell, not a kettlebell). Finally, you'll finish with "integrated strength" — a fast-paced toning sequence that keeps your body moving through a huge range of positions and angles. DVD can be programmed to play any segment in any order. Requires 2 to 5 lb. dumbbells. ©2011.
