Product Description:

A fluid program that blends elements of yoga, Pilates and weight training into a faster-than-usual toning workout. It will gently sculpt your body while also providing a subtle cardio benefit (each segment includes a short series of near-aerobic "mountain climber" moves). The workout is taught as a progressively-intensifying, smoothly-transitioning "flow." You'll learn a base move, add in the harder exercises and finish by repeating the entire combo. Most routines are multi-muscle; they work your upper and lower body at the same time (while also keeping your abs engaged). It ends with Pilates corework and a series of deep stretches. Requires 2 to 5 lb. dumbbells. ©2011.
