Exhale: Core Fusion Cardio Pure Intensity
Beginner: Just starting out, very overweight or haven't exercised in over six months.
Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).
Advanced: Very active in sports or consistently work out four or more times per week.
Toning Emphasis: Total Body
Upper body: Arms, chest and back.
Lower Body: Legs, thighs, hips and buttocks.
Abs: Abdominals (stomach), core and sometimes lower back.

A fluid program that blends elements of yoga, Pilates and weight training into a faster-than-usual toning workout. It will gently sculpt your body while also providing a subtle cardio benefit (each segment includes a short series of near-aerobic "mountain climber" moves). The workout is taught as a progressively-intensifying, smoothly-transitioning "flow." You'll learn a base move, add in the harder exercises and finish by repeating the entire combo. Most routines are multi-muscle; they work your upper and lower body at the same time (while also keeping your abs engaged). It ends with Pilates corework and a series of deep stretches.
