Certified instructor description: Creative, fun and very high energy — Patrick's enthusiasm is contagious. Taught add-on-style, the complexity and excitement just keeps building (until, by the end, you're doing sequences worthy of a professional dance team). The moves range from “pops” and “turnaround” to “Laker Girl” and “Tribal Dance.” Every possible technique is used to make it do-able. He previews each eight-count combo, then teaches it at half-tempo, demos it a couple more times and finally brings it up to full speed (and it never slows down again ...). He also has occasional picture-in-picture graphics to show the moves from both sides, and even includes a segment that lets you practice at a slower pace. Not recommended for carpet. ©2005.
