Product Description: Seven beautifully filmed yoga sequences. While each segment is different, they all emphasize core-focused poses. You get both standing and floor moves done at varied tempos (sometimes at near-aerobic speeds). In addition to classic yoga progressions, you also get some traditional fitness exercises (e.g. "yoga push-ups"). This is actually a compilation of three previously released DVDs: "Creative Core Abs," "Creative Core Plus Lower Body" and "Creative Core Plus Upper Body." So four of the seven segments add an upper or lower-body toning element to the ab-focused movements.
As always, Shiva's voiceover cuing is soothing and detailed ("inhale slowly, now lift just your navel..."). Superbly photographed in Hawaii and at White Sands National Park. DVD's "matrix" feature lets you pre-program any section to play in any order. Compilation released in 2012 from programs originally copyrighted in 2006 and 2008.
