Certified instructor description: Classic yoga vinyasas beautifully filmed on the Greek island of Santorini. The scenery is spectacular. It includes stunning ocean sunsets, tranquil poolside decks and rugged mountaintops. The DVD features Shiva's unique matrix format. You can program any of the 12 different segments to play in any order. Each section focuses on a specific movement type. The first segments are gentle, soothing "meditation" sequences. Those sections are followed by more active progressions like "lunar backbends" "water vinyasas" and even toning-focused "solar core" routines. As always, Shiva's cuing is quiet, supportive and easy-to-follow. DVD also has a bonus "moving mediation" series. ©2013.
