A solid flexibility/stretch program. It's mostly “athletic-style” with a few yoga and Pilates elements. The soothing music, spectacular outdoor setting and calm cuing will relax every muscle in your body. The video has two parts. The first is faster-paced with some standing exercises. It's designed to improve circulation and even provide a “light” toning benefit. The second segment has a slightly slower tempo. It features deeper stretches with an emphasis on breath and open-ness. The outdoor setting is truly gorgeous — a grassy pasture with tall mountains and a bright Montana sky. Tranquil, New Age instrumental music. A yoga strap is optional.
